Wireframing and Prototyping

For Headline Digital, the process begins by understanding your objectives and what the user needs, and ensuring that these are aligned. With a shared understanding, we can begin our interaction design process. Working through rough sketch ideas to wireframes supporting user stories, we’ll define the functionality and structure of your application to make sure we are hitting all marks. Then final wireframes begin their last transformation in the interface and visual design step, and the focus becomes how your application functions by the way it looks.

Usability Testing

Usability testing involves watching and analysing how your users interact with your digital touchpoints, including websites, smartphones, tablets and applications. The results are:

  • Robust, detailed and prioritised recommendations for platform improvements, often providing a range of different options and creating mock-ups to demonstrate the solution.
  • An action plan for implementing changes around your precise needs.
